• You will receive unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection as well as one incident of theft or loss coverage every 12 months.
  
  
• Each incident is subject to a $40 deductible amount.
  
  
• You need to ship your damaged smartwatch to our warehouse to start the warranty claim unless it’s a theft or loss claim. To start the claim, contact us via email at [email protected].
